Designing for the big events
The brief
Reddam House Durbanville needed custom social designs for two major sporting events — the Night Ride and the Schools Race. Each carried a lot of information in a single static design, alongside multiple sponsor brands, each with their own guidelines.
Our approach
We built a clear information hierarchy that balanced event detail with multi-brand sponsor integration, handled sponsor placement carefully, and added a QR code for direct registration — delivered across social and WhatsApp.
The outcome
Polished, on-brand event designs that communicated everything clearly, respected every sponsor's identity, and made registering effortless.
02 · Video Production
A theme that tells a story
The brief
For the Grade 9 Subject Selection Evening, the school wanted themed video content built around the concept 'Airport / Follow Your Dreams.'
Our approach
We created custom airport-themed graphics and video-ready assets, and produced two theme-led videos with storytelling at the centre — all aligned to the school's brand.
The outcome
A memorable, cohesive event identity that brought the 'Follow Your Dreams' theme to life and made the evening feel genuinely special.
We were truly impressed with the video created for us. It was well-structured, visually engaging, and clearly communicated the intended message. The use of visuals and editing reflected great attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, a fantastic piece of work that exceeded our expectations!
